The Goguryeo Marathon is a competition held in the beautiful scenery of the Han River. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy magnificent riverside views and lush nature as we pass through the heart of Seoul. Various courses are available for you to compete at your own level.

Event Categories

We have prepared courses for runners of different levels. Each course can be chosen according to your personal goals, providing an opportunity to test your abilities.

• Full Marathon (42.195km): Setting a target time requires thorough preparation.
• 32Km: This middle distance provides an opportunity for beginners to challenge themselves. Train to take on this challenge!
• Half Marathon (21.0975km): The half distance is also suitable for those who are just getting started.
• 10Km: This course is ideal for runners who are just starting out. Experience a stable and enjoyable race.

Awards

To encourage the efforts of participants, the following awards will be presented:

• 1st to 3rd place in each category: Trophy and prizes
• All participants will receive a completion medal
• Special Award: Facebook photo sharing and hashtag event

Tips for Running Well

• Training is essential. Find your pace through adequate training before the event.
• Proper hydration and nutrient intake are important.
